Well kids, my sister Whitney and I officially did our First Half Marathon. We completed our 13.1 miles with a smile upon our face and in the end a silver medal around our neck. It was such a great feeling to finish it and accomplish something we had never done before. I am going to start training for the next one as soon as my body lets me. I give some serious props to my sis for beating me over that Finish line, I always knew you could do it.

I am so totally proud of you and impressed by you!! You're amazing. You are already getting in shape for Africa. I have a long ways to go. We need to do one of these together. What an accomplishment!

Way to go Cordey...your former boss and present friend is really proud of you. Now you need to kick your husband's butt out of bed and make him cross the finish line with you next time. We miss you guys!
